State Youth Convention is a Harbor tradition going back decades, and we are excited to announce that after a break in 2020 (thanks, covid), this event is back! A weekend event featuring high quality speakers, worship, and activities designed for youth that is attended by other churches from around the state, State Youth Convention (SYC) is an amazing weekend for students to get away with their friends and make fun memories and build their faith!

Here are all the details we have for The Harbor’s trip to SYC this fall.

$50 deposit due October 13, Final Payment due November 10

Bayside plans to meet at the Harbor entrance parking lot at 4:30 PM, November 19 and leave before 5:00 PM for Warner University. We will have dinner after service on Friday, so please pack a snack or light meal if you will need one! We plan to be back by 3:00 PM Sunday, after a fast food lunch on the road.


Per the SYC Website: Currently there is not a mask requirement for SYC, although we recommend those unvaccinated or immunocompromised wear a mask. SYC is a mask-friendly environment, no one will be made to feel uncomfortable should they choose to wear a mask. We reserve the right to change this policy should the need arise.
