About The Double Dog Dare-a-Thon

Join us on September 16th and 17th for our Double Dog Dare-a-Thon!

The Double Dog Dare-a-Thon, or DDD, is an invest and invite event. The goal is to give you a fun night of games, and an easy way to invite a friend to join you at The Harbor! 


Parents, this is the perfect opportunity for you and your student to start having conversations about who in their lives they would like to begin sharing their faith with. 


HOW IT WORKS: Invite your small group friends and other guests for a team gathering or sleepover on Saturday, September 16. You can register your team following the "Register" button below. At 6:00 p.m., the phone number you used to register will receive a text letting you know you can begin. Dare instructions will be sent to that number. After completing each challenge, teams will document your work with a photo and text it back for our judges to evaluate. Once the photo of a dare is received, teams will get a follow-up text with instructions for the next dare, and this continues until you complete the list of eight total dares. 


At The Harbor the following morning, the winners of each dare will be announced, celebrated, and receive a prize. There will also be other fun games and raffles. Every student has a chance to win!

  • Aluminum foil
  • Aluminum pie tins (optional)
  • Tape (optional)
  • Deck of cards (may want more than one)
  • Shaving Cream
  • Plastic spoons
  • Pillows
  • Blankets
  • Couch cushions
  • Animals (live or stuffed)
  • Toilet Paper rolls
